Reduce urban vulnerability and inequalities between neighbourhoods in the metropolitan region to guarantee equal opportunities for the entire population
What do we want to achieve in 2030?

By 2030, the low-income population will not exceed 25% in all the vulnerable neighbourhoods of the Barcelona metropolitan region

The neighbourhoods with the greatest urban shortcomings and those that are the least attractive to live in end up welcoming the population with the lowest incomes, which creates residential segregation. These are neighbourhoods with a high population density, low-quality housing and public spaces, shortcomings in facilities and services and/or fewer mobility options. Therefore, we must act to improve the urban and social integration conditions of the most vulnerable neighbourhoods and the living conditions of their residents.
