Objectius del projecte

El Logistics VET Hub busca adaptar l’oferta d’FP en funció de les expectatives de futur del sector.

L’objectiu general del Logistics VET Hub és construir una associació estratègica sostenible en el temps basada en la cooperació entre experts internacionals en logística i FP a Europa, per intercanviar bones pràctiques sobre especialitzacions logístiques d’FP d’acord amb els perfils professionals, les habilitats, les necessitats i les tendències del sector, així com fer recomanacions en l’àmbit europeu per tal de millorar la qualitat i la innovació de l’FP logística a escala europea.

Descripció del projecte

El projecte Logistics VET Hub abordarà aquestes necessitats reunint tots els socis europeus per treballar estretament amb les empreses dels seus territoris amb la finalitat d’entendre les seves demandes, tenir l’oportunitat d’intercanviar quines bones pràctiques funcionen en altres contextos amb els mateixos reptes i trobar-hi solucions, i, per últim, adaptar la seva oferta d’FP en funció de les expectatives de futur del sector.

Àmbits d’intervenció

Education and training

Actions must be undertaken to update training so that it is also oriented to the needs of the labour market, acting mainly on the expansion of vocational training and continuous training, as well as promoting the increase in demand for STEM education, especially among women.

Technology transfer

Improving the transfer of knowledge produced by the university system and company research, currently one of the weak points of the innovation system in the Barcelona metropolitan region, must be pursued by strengthening the system of technology centres, as well as by promoting the exchange of knowledge between all the actors of the innovation ecosystem.

Training and education

The level of training and the skills acquired must enable participants to overcome barriers to access or progress in the labour market. In this sense, it is necessary to focus especially on keeping students from dropping out of school or on lifelong learning, both specialised and focused on general skills (such as mastery of languages or ICT skills).

Talent management

The central role of talent in promoting an innovative production fabric that provides medium and high salary levels means that great emphasis is placed on promoting and retaining it. The attraction of talent is the complement that should help to meet unsatisfied needs with local talent and requires a significant effort to coordinate and simplify certain processes.
