Highlights

In January 2011, the Delta Business Centre opened. This business centre was initially placed on the ground floor of the Dinamarca building, with an available surface area of 1,782 m2, in the Viladecans Business Park. The centre offers multi-purpose work spaces for companies and entrepreneurs. The multinational corporation Unilever, with more than four hundred workers, moved into the Viladecans Business Park.

Essentially designed for the exchange of knowledge, the Viladecans Business Park is an open, innovative space conceived for economic and civic activities. As a business park, it promotes local development at every level.

The Park is made up of the following spaces:

  • DeltaBcn, the park for aerospace and mobility activities;
  • Vilamarina, a construction that houses a shopping centre, a hotel and homes;
  • Cúbic, a convention centre;
  • The La Marina public park;
  • Bitàgora, different facilities for public services and recreation;
  • Viladecans Business Park (VBP), the business area designed to house knowledge-based companies;
  • An area for non-polluting light industries.
